Sindh Education Foundation held An Orientation Session for setting up Computer lab in SEF Assisted Elementary & Secondary Schools running under the banner of SAS, PPRS & ESSP. 115 schools were selected after rigorous process of scrutiny which were deserving and in the dire need of Computer lab for the betterment of quality education in under privileged areas of Sindh.
During the orientation session 115 school operators were given orientation & guidelines by respective Heads of Programs and Focal persons regarding Mechanism & Compliance of the Appendix/Grant, Guidelines on “how to purchase Computer and other Computer Lab related material through multiple quotations process”, Solar Panel/Solar System for Lab for uninterrupted electrification, requirements of Computer Lab set up, Features and specifications of Computers to be purchased.
Meanwhile, Training & Assessment Unit also shared about their upcoming training and other activities.
At the end of the session the School Operators were given Grant for Computer Lab, and Question Answer session was also carried out for further clarification of concepts regarding Computer Lab
